Brush strip abrasive sandingD = 120 with 24 abrasive elements and 24 brush elements (tampico standard)
It was presented at the Milan Xylexpo SANDY BRUSH, the innovative brush sanding strip for use in wood (sanding of doors, etc.).
Compared to its competitors it has several advantageous features.
The abrasive elements and brushes are independent, so you can replace only the set or just set abrasive brushes or both with significant reduction of operating cost. It is well known that when the elements are consumed abrasive brushes are still usable.
Sandy Brush has a special rotor that allows the user to adjust, via a simple Allen wrench, the tilt of the spiral, bringing it to zero if necessary. Sandy Brush is the only one with this feature.
The special aluminum construction and PP allows a very light brush with limited demands of the machine.
Sandy Brush can be supplied with any hole for the shaft with keyway drive, which can replace any existing brush plant.
Currently Sandy Brush is available with the following core brush:
D = 180 with 36 abrasive elements and 36 brush elements (tampico standard)
D = 280 with 54 abrasive elements and 54 brush elements (tampico standard)
With the different elements of standard parts you can get various sizes of brushes, various grains and fringing. The brush length can be chosen in multiples of 10 mm thanks to the modular construction of Sandy Brush.
Finally competitive price is not negligible. The advantages listed above makes Sandy Brush really advantageous alternative to traditional sanding. At last it is noted that Sandy Brush is used not only for wood but also for metal and plastic.
